Titles do not "go up" as such. You can select whether or not to overwrite your old title when you get a new title. Whether you keep overwriting your title every time you get a new one or whether you keep your favourite title is up to you.

There is no strength or weakness in the titles. The title you like the best is the strongest.

You can confirm it on card data confirmation screen (1/9).It is also printed on the card.
